Vegetables Stir Fried In Sauce

Ingredients

Broccoli – 2 cup

Cauliflower – 2 cup

Green chillies – 2

Tomato – 2

Onion – 1

Thyme – ¼ tsp

Basil – ¼ tsp

Soya sauce- 3 tsp

Barbecue sauce – 2 tsp

Peri Peri sauce – 2 tsp

Salt

Oil

Method

Prepare a blow of ice water. In a large pot boil the water and add salt.

Put the broccoli and cauliflower florets and cook for 2 mints.

Remove the florets and put immediately in the ice water.

In a pan heat the oil and add thyme, basil the blanched vegetables and fry adding all the sauce with a pinch of salt.

Grill the onion, tomato and green chilles on the gas stove, till the skin is scorched.

Then put the grilled vegetables along with the sauce and fry for a mint.

Ready for serve.
