Manchow Soup (Veg)

Veg Manchow Soup is a spicy and hot soup, Indo Chinese soup which is  perfect for winter time. 



Beans – ½ cup

Carrot – ½ cup

Onion – ½ cup

Spring onion – ¼ cup

Cabbage – ½ cup

Mushroom – ½ cup

Green Chilly – 2

Ginger – 2 tsp

Garlic – 2 tsp

Black Pepper (crushed)– 2 tsp

Dark Soy sauce – 2 tsp

White Vinegar – 2 tsp

Corn Flour – 2 tsp

Water – !/2 cup

Sesame oil – 1 tsp


For Garnish

Green spring onion – 2 tsp

Fried noodles – 1 cup



Cook the noodles in water and cool them.

Fry the cook noodles in hot oil until it turns crisp.

Chop all vegetables should be finely.

In a pan heat oil, add ginger, garlic, onion and saute till the onion turns pink.

Add all the other ve getables and cook them for 4 mints adding salt and pepper.

Pour soy sauce and vinegar and toss well and add water to it.

Dissolve the corn flour in little water and add this to the soup stirring constantly.

Cook for 2 more minutes.

Serve the hot soup in individual bowl and garnish with green spring onion s and fried noodles.
