Cold Yogurt- 2 cups …
Cold Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Pistachios (finely chopped)- 4
Rose water – 1/4 tsp
Blend together yogurt and sugar for two minutes in a blender.
Add ice cubes and blend for a minute more.
Add milk, cardamom powder, rosewater and blend once more.
Pour into serving glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios.
