Kalonji Paratha

Ingredients

Wheat flour – 1 cup

Maida –1/4 cup

Kalonji seeds – 5 tsp

Ghee – 1 tsp

Water

Salt

Oil

 

Method

Knead the dough by mixing wheat flour, maida, kalonji seeds, ghee and salt using water as required.

Take a small ball of the dough roll to and make Paratha.

Apply oil and cook on tawa.
