Gobi Manchurian (No- Fry)



Cauliflower – 1

Onion- 2

Garlic – 2 tps 

Green chillies- 2 

Ginger – 1 tsp 

Spring onions– 3 tsp

Celery – 1 tsp

Capsicum- 5 tsp

Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp

Soya sauce – 2 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Sugar – a pinch

Cornflour – 1 tbsp

Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

Water – 5 tps

Oil – 4 tsp




Make the cauliflower into small florets.

Wash and put the flower into the boiling water adding little salt, after 4 mints take them out and put in cold water.

In a pan heat oil add chopped garlic, green chillies, ginger, celery, salt and fry for one minute and then add chopped onion and capsicum.

Mix soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar and add this mixture to the pan.

Stir well and then add the cauliflower and cook for 5 mints.

Make a mixture of corn flour, pepper powder add water and pour this mixture to cauliflower and cook till the curry becomes thick.
