Ingredients:For White Sauce…
Butter – 2 tsp
Milk – 1 Cup
All-purpose flour (Maida) – 2 tsp
Pepper Powder – ¼ tspMethod for White Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined.
Add the pepper powder and then pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens. Add more milk depending on desired
Pasta – 1 cup
Water – 2 1/2 cup
Baby corn – 2
Mushroom – 8 pieces
Onion – 1 medium (chopped)
Capsicum – 1/2 (shredded)
Carrot – ½. (shredded)
Tomato – 1 small (chopped)
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
Milk: 1 cup
Pepper: ¼ tsp
Red chilly flakes: ½ tsp
Cream: 1/4 cup
White sauce – 1 cup
Cheese: 100 gm
Butter: 2 tablespoon
In boiling water add pasta. Reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Make sure that the pasta is cooked properly.
Remove pasta and put it in cold water.
Heat butter in a pan and add all the vegetables and oregano and sauté for 5 mints.
Add the cooked pasta and salt.
Add pepper powder, chilly flakes, white sauce and milk, cook for 3 mints.
Add cream and cheese close the lid and heat for 3 mints.
