Palak Corn Fry

WM Palak corn fry

Spinach/Palak – 1 bunch
Corn – 1/2 cup
Dry red chili – 2
Chilly Powder – ½ tsp
Hing – a pinch
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp


Wash neatly and chop spinach.
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and red Chilies.
Add chilly and turmeric powder and after 10 secs add spinach, corn, hing and salt.
Mix well and cover the lid and cook it until done.
Add a tsp of oil and fry for 3 mints.
