Chicken Fried Rice – Restaurant Style

Fried rice is always loved by all at home. This is a very simple recipe for making restaurant style Indo Chinese fried rice. This rice can be served with Chinese curry or chicken or egg curries.

Cooked rice – 1 cup

Chicken Boneless – ½ cup

Pepper – ¾ teaspoon

Onion (finely chopped) -1 cup

Ginger Garlic  paste – 1 teaspoon

Chopped Vegetables – 2 cups (beans, carrot, different bell peppers)

Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon

Green chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon

Vinegar – ¼ tablespoon




Cook the chicken in pepper and salt and Cut it into small pieces and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute and add the onions and fry till it becomes pink.

Add all the chopped vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.

Once the vegetables are cooked well add the rice, salt and cooked chicken and mix well.

Mix soy sauce, chilly sauce and Vinegar together and pour it into the rice in low flame mix well.
