Cucumber (grated) – 1 cup
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Mustard – ½ tsp
Urud dal – 1/2 tsp
Dry Red chilly – 1
Curd – 1 cup
Heat oil and add mustard, urud dal and dry chilly.
Once the mustard is spulted add grated cucumber,salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
Fry till the cucumber becomes brown and crunchy.
Add curd and mix will and for a minute.
