Pepper Shallot Mushroom

We normally make pepper mushroom which is a very tasty veg side dish. Today i made it little more healthy as its cooked with shallots.  Mushrooms are commonly referred as veg meat because of its texture. This is perfect side dish for chapati, puri, missi puri  pumpkin paratha, dosa or any Indian breads.

Ingredients

Mushroom – 300 gm

Shallots – 250 gm

Green Bell Pepper – 1 Small

Pepper powder – 3 tsp

Oil – 3 tsp

Ghee – 1 tsp

Water

Salt

Method

Remove the skin of shallots and clean.

In a pan heat oil and ghee and add green bell pepper fry for 1 mints.

Add shallots, pepper powder and salt and fry for 5 mints.

Add cleaned mushrooms, mix well and add water and cook cook for 5 more minutes.
