Baked Potato Fish


Fish fillet – 250 g

Potato – 2

Onion – 1

Garlic – 2 (crushed)

Pepper powder – ½ tsp

Chili powder – ½ tsp

Lime juice – ½ tsp         


Oil – 1 tsp


Marinate the fish with chilli powder, pepper powder, salt and lime juice and keep it for 20 mints.

Cut the onion, potato and garlic and place them on the tray and on top of it keep the fish and pour oil.

Preheat oven to 450°F and bake the fish until its cooked.
