Tandoori Mushroom

WM Mushroom

Mushroom-1 packet(10-12)
Curds-1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 ½ tsp
Kasuri methi-1 tsp,dry
Ajwain/ Oregano – 1 tsp
Gram Flour – 2 tsp
Ghee/Oil- to fry mushroom(3 tbsp approx)
Salt- to taste

WM Mushroom
1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly
2. Heat the oil and add ajwain/Oregano and gram flour. Fry till the gram flour becomes golden brown.
3. Marinate the mushroom with the golden brown gram mix, ginger-garlic paste, curd, chilly powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Kasuri methi and salt. Keep it for 1 hr.
4. Pass the mushrooms onto the bamboo skewers.
5. heat the tawa, add Oil/ ghee and fry the mushrooms on both the sides turning it occasionally until it is cooked and the colour turns brown. Or
6. Preheat your oven to about 450 degrees and cook the mushrooms for about 8 minutes
