Egg Bread Toast

 

It’s a very simple and easy but healthy breakfast. Including  eggs in breakfast is good as it is high in protein and fats which helps sustain your energy levels for long hours. Perfect for school tiffin box.

Ingredients

Eggs – 4

Bread – 6 slices

Milk – 3  tsp

Onion – 1 cup

Capsicum green/red/yellow- ½  cup

Coriander Leaves (Chopped)- a bunch

Chillies (chopped) – 4

Salt

Ghee

*red/yellow capsicum optional

Method

Mix the chopped chopped onion, capsicum,  coriander leaves, chilies and salt.

Mix eggs, milk, half of the mixed vegetables.

Cut the edges  of the bread.

Dip the bread slice in the egg mixture.

In a pan heat ghee and put the bread and toast until it is cooked, flip it over and cook the other side.

Put the remaining vegetables on one side of the toast and fold the toast.
