Garlic – 5
Parsley- 1big cup
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Shah Jeera -1/2 tps
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera, Shah Jeera and once it sputters add chopped garlic and chilles.
Fry for a minute and add chopped onion, tomato and parsley leaves and fry till it becomes soft.
At this point add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry till the raw smell of chill powder goes.
Allow the mixture to cool down and then in a mixer grind all the fried masala to a smooth paste.
