Tuna Steak

Tuna steak – 150 g

Lemon Juice – 1

Black pepper corns – 10 (crushed)

Tomato – ½ crushed

Shallots – 3 crushed

Garlic – 4 pods crushed

Chilly sauce – 1 tsp

Soya sauce – ½ tsp

Salt

Sesame oil

Method

Mix Lemon Juice, black pepper, Tomato, Shallots, Garlic, Chilly sauce, Soya sauce and salt and marinate the tuna steaks at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Put the steaks to the hot pan and gently shake the pan to avoid sticking. Cook both side till the steak is cooked well.
