Kaladan Wm

Paneer -200 g
Sweetened condensed milk – 150 ml
Cream – 2 tsp
Cardamoms powder – a pinch
Pistachios – 4


Take the paneer and crumble it well.
Mix crumbled paneer, condensed milk, cream and cardamom powder and mix well.
Pour this mix into a non-stick pan and cook in low flame stirring the mix.
Stir till it thickens and leaves the wall of the pan.
Pour the mixture in a greased container.
Once it will cool down cut it into squares and place the pistachio nuts.
