Parsley Chilli Rice

Ingredients

Rice (cooked) – 2 cup

Onion – 1 (Chopped)

Parsley – 1cup

Long red chilly – 1

Garlic – 3 ((crushed)

Ginger – 1 inch (crushed)

Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Oil – 1 tsp

Salt

Method

Heat oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and ginger and fry for few seconds and then add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.

Add parsley, lemon jucie, chilly and salt and fry for 2 mints and mix the cooked rice well
