Sheri fry (Arabic Style)

Ingredients:

Sheri fish – 1 big

Cumin powder – 1 tsp

Fenugreek powder – ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder –  ¼ tps

Chilly powder – ½ tsp

Black Pepper powder – ½ tsp

Lemon Juice -1 tsp

Turmeric powder- 1 tsp

Water – ½ tsp

Salt to taste

Method

Make a paste of  cumin powder, fenugreek powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and make paste and apply on fish, keep for 10 mts.

Mix the red chilli powder and black pepper powder and apply on fish.

Shallow fry from both the sides in pan for 5 to 6 minutes.
