Paalakura Vapudu (Andhra Palak)

Palak – one bunc
Onion -1
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin powder- ½ tsp
Methi powder – ¼ tsp
Trumeric powder – ¼ tsp
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1tsp
Garlic flakes – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – few
Salt
Oil

Method
Blanch and chop the spinach.
Heat oil add cumin seed and one they splutter add garlic flakes and curry leaves.
Add onion and fry till it becomes golden colour and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, methi powder, coriander, cumin and chilly powder and combine well
Add spinach and saute for 10 mints
