1 cup Basmati Rice…
Carrot,peeled finely chopped-1/2
French Beans,finely chopped – 5
Capsicum,finely chopped – 1 small
Frozen Green peas -1/4 cup
Cabbage,finely chopped – 5 tbsp
Onion,finely chopped – 1 large
Spring Onion chopped – 5 -6
Celery finely chopped – 4 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic paste -1 tbsp
Chilly Sauce – 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 4 tbsp
Oil – 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Finely Chopped Spring Onion & Carrot
Cook the rice cooker or pressure cooker with 2 cups of water until done. Allow it to cool completely.
Heat oil together in a pan and add celery and spring onion and fry for half a minute.
Add chopped onions and capsicum, finely chopped carrots, french beans and green peas and fry them for 3 mins, add cabbage, soya sauce and chilly sauce, salt and cook for 5 mins.
Add the cooked and cooled rice and gently mix so that the rice would not break. Mix and let it cook for 2-3 mins on low flame, stir it occasionally.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and carrots.
