Maida – 2 cups
Ghee (Melted) – ¼ cup
Baking Soda – ¼ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Curd – 2 tsp
Water – little to mix the dough
For Sugar Syrup
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – ½ cup
Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp
Almond – Few
Oil –For frying
In a bowl add ghee, curd, baking soda and sugar and mix well.
Add the maida to this mix which looks like a bread crumbs.
Now add water and mix it to a sticky dough, cover and keep it for 10 mints
Make the sugar syrup by mixing sugar and water and boil and cook till it reaches on string consistency.
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten it and make a hole in the center .
Deep fry the badusha till it is cooked and soak it in the sugar gyrup and 2 mins.
Garnish with almond.
