Shrimp Potato Salad

Always love to try different shrimp salads… Here is one in plum syrup ….

Ingredients

Shrimp- 200 g

Spring onion (Crushed) – 2 tsp

Potato (cooked) -1

Spring onion (chopped) – 2 tsp

Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Lime juice – 2 tsp

Plum juice – 2 tsp

Olive oil

Salt

For syrup

Lime juice – 1 tsp

Plum juice – 4 tsp

Olive oil – ½ tsp

Chilly powder – ½ tsp

Salt

Mix all the ingredients very well and the syrup is ready.

Method

Mix salt, pepper powder, curshed spring onion, lime juice and plum juice to the shrimp.

Keep it aside for an hour and then fry in olive oil.

Cut cooked potato into half and dep in the mix in the syrup for 5 mints.

Keep the shrimps on top of the potatoes and its ready to serve.
