Coconut (Grated) – 1cup

Chana Dal (Rosted) – 2 tsp

Coriander Leaves – ½ Cup

Green Chilli – 4

Tamarind – Pea size


Dosa Cheteny WM

For Tempering

Sesame Oil – 1 tsp

Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp

Curry leaves – Few

Grind all the ingredients with little water till be becomes to a smooth paste.

In a pan heat oil add mustard seeds and once it splutters add curry leaves.

Add the coconut coriander paste and just heat for a while mixing it.
