Crispy sardine fry is a best starter for fish lovers, along with salad.
Small sardine – 250 g ( cleaned)
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Chilly powder- 2 tsp
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1tsp
To the cleaned fish add turmeric powder and salt and keep it for 10-20 mints.
Then add chilly, pepper, coriander powder, lemon juice, and one tsp of oil and marinate and keep it for another 10 mints.
Fry in oil till it becomes little crisp as its used as a starter.
