Shrimp/Prawns – 500gms (deshelled and cleaned) …
Onion – 2 (chopped)
Tomatoes – 3 (chopped)
Red chili powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander powder : 11/2 tbsp
Curry Leaves : 7-8
Heat the Oil in a pan, add curry leaves and chopped onions fry them till it becomes golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and fry for 4-5 minutes in slow heat.
Add the shrimp and a cup of water. Cook them in slow heat till the shrimp gets fully cooked.
