Onion – 2
Water – 1 cup
Vinegar – ½ cup
Beetroot – one piece
Pepper corns – 5
In a pan boil water by adding the beetroot slices and pepper corns and cook for 3 mints.
Strain the water and allow it cool down.
In a glass jar mix vinegar, sliced onion and salt after one hour add the strained water into the onion and shake well.
Cover the jar and keep it the refrigerator for a day before using it.
This can be stored for few weeks.
