Kozhi Kothamalli Soup is a very healthy south Indian style soup which is perfect for winter season.
Chicken – 300 g
Green chilly – 2
Coriander seed – 1 tsp
Small onion -5
Water – 3 cups
Small onion – 10
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Pepper corn- 1tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Make the paste of small onion, coriander leaves, pepper corn, jeera.
Mix the paste to the chicken and add chopped tomatoes, salt, coriander seeds, keep it for 10 mints.
In a cooker heat oil and put jeera and after spluttering add chopped onion and green chilly and fry for a minute and then put the chicken mix along with water.
Now pressure cook for 4 whistle and simmer for 3 mints, turn off the flame and allow the steam to go.
