Ingredients For stock
Potato – 2
Green Chilly- 2
Green bell pepper – 2 piece
Water -3 cups
Onion – 1
Yellow pepper – ¼ cup
Red pepper – ¼ cup
Green pepper – ¼ cup
Oil – 1 tsp
In a bowl cook full potatoes, full green chillies, green bell pepper pieces and little salt.
Cook until the potatoes are cooked well.
Remove the all the vegetables from the stock.
Cut the cooked potato in julienne.
Cut all the vegetables in julienne cut.
In a pan heat oil and put onion and all the bell pepper and fry for 3 mints.
Add the potato stock, salt and pepper and boil for 3 more mints and add the cooked cut potoatoes.
