Cooker Egg Curry

Eggs are widely used in India in different forms of curry for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a delicious curry with this spicy masala which is done in cooker with onion, tomatoes. This is good with rice, roti and breads.

Eggs -6 (bolied eggs)

Onion – 2 cups

Tomato – 2 cups

Chilly powder – 2 ½ tps

Coriander powder – 2 ½ tps

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Cumin powder – ½ tsp

Tamarind pulp – 1 tsp

Water – 6 tsp

Oil – 6 tsp




In a cooker heat oil and add onion , salt and fry till it turns pink.

Add tomato, chilly powder, coriander powder, Turmeric, cumin, tamarind pulp and water and cook in low flame till 5 whistle come.

Mix the curry well, add the cooked egg and in low flame cook for 3 minutes.
