Pav – 4
Chicken tikka bonless pieces – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilly chopped – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 3 tsp
Curd – 1tsp
Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Chop onion and one tomato
Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, green chilly, coriander leaves and fry for a minute.
Put the chopped onion and tomato and fry adding garam masala, salt and fry till the onion and tomatoes are cooked and add curd and mix well.
To this mix put the chicken tikka pieces and cook for a minute.
Slice the pav and on a flat pan heat some butter, keep the pav on the melted butter so that is absorbs the butter and fry for a minute.
Cut the tomato and inside each pav keep the tomato, lettuce leaves and the chicken tikka mix.
