Vanilla Cup Cake

All Purpose Flour – 11/4 cup
Baking Soda – ¼ tsp
powder – 1 tsp
Egg – 1
Milk – ½ cup
Butter (unsalted) – 4 tsp
White Sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla Extract – ½ tsp

Preheat the oven to 180 degree.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
In a bowl mix sugar butter and beat with an electric mixer till it becomes light and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat the mixture again then add Vanilla.
To this mixture add the dry mixture adding milk and beat well.
Fill the mixture to  cups upto 3/4 and bake for 20 mints or till it is cooked. To check if the cake is cooked insert a toothpick into the cake and if the pick comes out clean the cake is ready.
