Wheat and Chicken Kanji/porridge.
Wheat Porridge

Broken Wheat – 1 cup
Chicken Boneless– ½ cup
Onion (Chopped) – 1
Tomato (Chopped) – 1
Cauliflower – Few
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp


Soak the broken wheat for 2 hours
Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds onion, ginger garlic paste and saute till it becomes golden colour.
Add tomatoes and fry for 3 mints
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder salt and fry for 2 mints.
Add chicken and mix well.
Add soaked broken wheat and cook half way and add the cauliflower and cook till it becomes soft
