IngredientsRice flour– 1 cup (Idiyappam Flour)
Water – 1cup
Toor Dal – 4 tsp (Cooked)
Coconut – ¼ to ½ cup
Tomato-1
Oil
Salt

For Tempering

Mustard – ¾ tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilles – 4
Curry Leaves – few
Oil

Method

Mix rice flour with water, salt and coconut.
Knead the dough till it becomes soft and make small kozhukkattai (balls).
Cook in a steamer for 10 mints till the kozhukkattais are done.
Heat a kadai and temper mustard, urad dal, dry red chilly curry leaves and add tomato, cooked Toor dal and salt.
Add the cooked kozhukkattai and mix well and cook for 5 mints. See More
