Ingredients

Carrot – 1 kg

Milk – ½ litre

Condensed milk – 5 tsp

Sugar – 5 tsp

Cardamoms – 3

Cashew – 10

Raisins – 2 tsp

Ghee – 5 tsp

Method

Peel and grate the carrots.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the carrots for 4 mints and then add the milk

Cook over a gentle flame adding cardamom powder, sugar and condense milk.

Mix everything together and add cashew and raisins.

Cook till the all the liquid evaporates.
