Ingredients

Chicken – 500 g

Thattukada Chicken Fry cook

Perum Jeerakam/Sweet Cumin (Powder)– 3 tsp

Turmeric Powder- 1 ½ tsp

Chilly Powder – 1 ½ tsp

Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Coriander Powder – 2 tsp

Salt

Oil

Ingredients(2) For Powder

Thattukada Chicken Fry masalaCardamom – 3

Star anise -2

Perum Jeerakam –2 tsp

Bay Leaves – 2

Chili flake– 1 tsp

 

 

Method

 

 

Thattukada  Chicken FryMarinate Perum Jeerakam/Sweet Cumin Powder and salt and keep it for half an hour.

Then marinate with turmeric, chilly, pepper and coriander powder.

In a mixer put all the ingredients (2) and make it into powder.

In pan heat the oil and add the masala powder and fry for a mint.

Add the chicken and deep fry.
