Prawns – 200 gm…
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
Black Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste.
1. Peel and devein the prawns leaving the tail on.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Mix flour, pepper and salt in another bowl.
4. Dip the Prawns into the eggs and then coat with the flour mix.
5. Heat oil in a thick bottom pan and add the prawns into the oil.
6. Deep fry the prawns till it turns golden colour.
