Spinach – 1 cup
Mushroom – ½ cup
Garlic – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Mozzarella Cheese – 200 grams
Heat oil in a pan and add crushed garlic, mushroom, spinach, salt and fry for few mints.
Add tomato and pepper powder and cook for 3 mints.
Grease an oven safe pan with butter and spread the spinach mushroom mix and on top spread the mozzarella Cheese.
Bake at 180c for 5 mints until the top cheese is golden.
Sprinkle pepper powder on top and serve.
