Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 2 Cup (Cooked)
Onion – 1 (sliced) Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp Cauliflower – ¾ cut in to florets Green Beans – ¾ cup (chopped) Cabbage -¾ cup ((julienne) Carrot- ¾ cup (julienne) Frozen Corn- ¾ cup Green Peas- ¾ cup Spring Onion – 1 Green Chillies – 1 Whole Garam Spices – 2 bay leaf /3~4 cloves /3~4 black pepper corn/2 green cardamom/1 piece cinnamon Salt Oil

Method
Heat oil add whole spices and fry for few mints, then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.

Add sliced onion and cook till onion becomes translucent.

Add vegetables and salt and cook for 5 mts.

Mix the cooked rice with the vegetables.
