Orange – 1
Ghee – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom – 2 (crushed)
Wash and boil orange till it is cooked well, allow it to cool down.
Remove the seed and grind the cooked orange to a smooth paste.
In a pan heat ghee and add cardamom, orange mix and sugar.
Once the sugar dissolves add the rava and stir well till the moisture evaporates.
Grease a plate with ghee and spread the kesari mix and after cooling cut into shapes.
