Pineapple Oats sheera
Pineapple oats Sheera WM
Pineapple crush – 1 cup
Oats – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom Seeds – 3
Cashew nuts – 5-6 (Chopped)
Pistachio – 5-6- (Chopped)
Cashew for garnishing.

Method

Heat ghee in a pan, add the cardamom seeds and crushed pineapple.
Stir continuously adding oats to the pineapple and cook for 5 mints.
Add sugar, chopped cashew nuts and pistachio.
Stir till the sheera becomes little thick.
Garnish with cashew and serve.
