Ripe Plum -150 g
Chilly flakes – 2 1/2 tsp
Vinegar – 1tps
Water -2 cups
Clean and deseed the plum and cook in water.
Add chilly fakes, salt and cook till the plums become soft.
Mash the plums and add vinegar and cook for 1 more minute.
Chicken ginger roast
Chicken breast -1
Ginger – 4 tsp julienne
Marinate pepper, lime juice, ginger, salt to chicken and keep it for 1 hour.
Fry the chicken in oil till it’s cooked well.
Add the chicken in Plum sauce.
