Chicken – 300 g
Shallots – 300 g
Pepper crushed – 3 tsp
Dry red chili ( crushed)- 8
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Cook the chicken by adding crushed pepper and salt.
Cut the shallots into small pieces and fry in oil adding crushed dry red chilly and fry the shallots.
Once the chicken is cooked add the chicken and lime juice to the fried onion mix.
Fry till the chicken becomes golden in colour.
