Chocolate Wheat Muffins


Wheat Powder– 11/3 cup

Coco Powder – ¾ cup

Baking Soda – ¼ tsp

Baking powder – 1 tsp

Egg – 1

Milk – 1 cup

Butter (unsalted) – 4 tsp

White Sugar – 1 cup

Vanilla Extract – ½ tsp



Preheat the oven to 180 degree.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking sod, cocoa and salt.

In a bowl mix sugar butter till it becomes light and fluffy. Add the eggs and beat the mixture again then add Vanilla.

To this mixture add the dry mixture adding milk and beat well.

Fill the muffin cups upto 3/4 and bake for 15 mints and check with the toothpick. Insert the toothpick into the cake and if the pick comes out clean the cake is ready.
