Chicken (Boneless cubes)-300 gms
Spring onion (long Cut)- 200 gms
Onion (cubes)- 1 large
Tomato – 1
Green Chilly (Chopped) – 1
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chilly sauce – ½ tsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
In a hot pan add oil, ginger garlic paste and green chilly and fry for few seconds.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, red chilly sauce and mix well.
Add the chicken cubes, half of the spring onion, salt and lemon juice and cover and cook till the chicken is half cooked.
Add cubed onions and cook till it’s almost done and finally add the tomatoes and balance spring onions and mix well and cook for 5 more mints.
