Madakku Gothambu Dosa
Wheat Powder (Gothambu Podi)– 2 cups
Sugar – 4 tsp
Grated Coconut – 1 cup
Water – as required
Mix wheat powder and salt by adding water and make a loose batter.
In a bowl mix the grated coconut and sugar.
Heat a tava (pan) and pour a ladle full of batter and make a think round dosa.
On the sides and top pour little ghee and flip it when the bottom becomes golden.
Keep the coconut mixture in half portion of the dosa
