Pomegranate Rice

Rice with a little juicy flavor.

Pomagranate Rice 1

Pomegranate – 1 cup
Cooked Rice – 2 cup
Spring onion – ½ cup chopped
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Pomagranate Rice 2
Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped spring onion coriander leaves for 3 mints adding pepper powder and salt. 
Add pomegranate and sauté for a mint so the juice of the pomegranate is comes out and then add rice and mix well.
