Rava – 1 cup…
Maida – 1 tsp
In a mixing bowl mix rava, salt and maida and mix well adding water.
Knead the dough well for 5 mints.
Add a teaspoon of oil and keep kneading for 2 more mints.
Keep the dough in a bowl and cover the bowl with a damp cloth.
Keep it covered for 20 mints.
After 20 mints make small balls and using the rolling pin roll the dough into a circle shape.
In a pan heat oil and deep fry the pooris till it becomes golden in colour.
Mix Cooked and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, coriander leaves, chickpeas, red chill powder (little), chat masala, Salt, and add few drops of oil.
