Rava – 1 cup
Maida – 1 tsp


In a mixing bowl mix rava, salt and maida and mix well adding water.
Knead the dough well for 5 mints.
Add a teaspoon of oil and keep kneading for 2 more mints.
Keep the dough in a bowl and cover the bowl with a damp cloth.
Keep it covered for 20 mints.
After 20 mints make small balls and using the rolling pin roll the dough into a circle shape.
In a pan heat oil and deep fry the pooris till it becomes golden in colour.

Filling- Method

Mix Cooked and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, coriander leaves, chickpeas, red chill powder (little), chat masala, Salt, and add few drops of oil. See More
