Sabudana Kheer / Chowari Payasam

Happy Maha Shivaratri….

Ingredients

Sabudana/ Sago – 1 cup

Milk – 2 cup

Cream – ½ cup

Sugar – 1 cup

Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Pista – 5

Cashew – 5

Method

Wash and drain Sabudana and keep it for 10 mints.

Cook Sabudana by adding milk.

When it almost cooked add sugar, cardamom powder and cook well.

Garnish with Pista and cashew.
