Meen injivellulli (Ginger Garlic Fish)


King fish – 250 g (boneless)

Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp

Chilly powder – 1 tsp

Ginger – 150 g

Garlic – 150 g

Hing- 1/4 tsp

Vinegar-2 tsp




Cut the fish into small cubes.

Marinate with salt, turmeric and chilly powder.

Fry this fish.

Cut the ginger to julienne. Fry in oil with 1/2 tsp chilly powder and salt. Keep it aside.

Fry the garlic with 1/2 chilly powder, 1/4 hing and salt. 

Mix all fish, ginger to the garlic fry and add vinegar and water and boil for 3 mints
