Chicken (Boneless)- 1 kg
Onions (Chopped)- 2
Yogurt – 150ml
Tomatoes- 4
chili powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves (crushed) – 1/4 tsp
Cloves (grounded)-1/4 tsp
cinnamon(grounded)-1/4 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Cardamom pods -4 green
Ginger pulp -1 tsp
Garlic pulp -1 tsp
Almonds (without skin) – 50g
Coriander(chopped) – 2 tsp
Cream -4 tsp
Butter -75g
Oil – 1 tsp


Blend together yogurt, ground almonds, all the dry spices, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and salt.

Add the mixture to the chicken and keep it of 15 mints.

Melt together the butter and oil in a pan and add the onions and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the chicken mixture and stir-fry for about 7 to 10 minutes.

Add coriander and mix well.

Pour over the cream and boil. See More
